The
Public Radio Program Directors association (PRPD) has decided to cancel their
annual Content Conference. Abby Goldstein, CEO and Executive Director of PRPD
made this announcement on social media:
After much consideration,
PRPD has decided not to hold this important in-person convening due to ongoing
public health concerns related to COVID-19. The Hilton New Orleans Riverside,
our location for this year, will host us August 29-Sept. 1, 2022.
While we regret that
we've had to make the decision to cancel this year’s conference, we have a big
and exciting announcement to make on June 25th. Thank you for your patience as
we worked through the details.
